オートデスクは、8月2日、これまで業界／業務別に7種類提供してきたソフトウェア パッケージ「Suite」の構成と提供方法を見直し、新たに3種類のパッケージ「Autodesk Industry Collections」の発売を開始した。Industry Collectionsは、複数のソフトウェア、クラウド サービス、技術サポート、管理用ツール、機能強化アップデートで構成されるパッケージで、利用期間を柔軟に設定できるサブスクリプション方式で提供する。価格は、シングル ユーザー3カ月の場合で15万4000円となっている。
選択できる期間は3カ月、1年、2年、3年。アクセス権はシングルユーザー（個人）またはマルチ ユーザー（共有）が選択できる。各業界でさらに必要になる専門機能や特殊なニーズに対応するために、業界別コレクションとは別にシミュレーションやデータ管理ツールなどのソフトウェアやクラウドサービスで用意し、追加購入できるという。
Industry Collectionsの発売に伴い、Suite製品の販売は7月31日で終了したが、同製品のサブスクリプションおよび保守プランを利用しているユーザーには引き続き機能アップデートを提供するとのこと。
