コナミデジタルエンタテインメント（KONAMI）は、本日（12月27日）、スマホサッカーゲームダウンロード数No.1の『ワールドサッカーコレクションS』のアップデートを実施した。
今回のアップデートにより、 2016-17最新データのレアリティカード、チャンピオンズリーグスター（以下、CLS）が登場した。世界最高レベルのスター選手を多数抱える名門「FC バルセロナ」に所属するメッシ選手やスアレス選手、「アーセナルFC」に所属するエジル選手、サンチェス選手、「ボルシア ドルトムント」に所属するオーバメヤン選手、香川選手など多数のビッグクラブの新カードを追加した。さらに、2016-17最新データのCLSはSランクスペシャルスキルが大幅追加している。
さらに、年末年始の長期休暇にあわせて報酬が豪華になった強化キャンプ「年末年始合宿！ワサコレ強化キャンプ」を開催する。好きな選手カードを強化できる大チャンスだ！

年末年始の長期休暇にあわせて報酬が豪華になった強化キャンプを開催する。好きな選手カードを強化できる大チャンスだ。新シーズンCLS追加に合わせて、CLS選手獲得報酬と強化トレーニング関連報酬を特価で追加する。干支（酉）やお正月にぴったりな新エンブレムも獲得できる。
