6月7日（日本時間）19時調べの米国App Storeの無料ランキング（ゲームカテゴリー）では、Kingの新作パズルゲーム『Bubble Witch Saga 2』が8位に登場した。6月3日にリリースされており、リリース後、順調な滑り出しを見せているようである。
『Bubble Witch Saga』といえば、同じ色のパズル玉を撃って揃えていくパズルゲームだが、続編となる本作は、前作のダークな雰囲気からガラリと変わり、ポップで明るいイメージへと様変わり。また、パズル玉の重みでステージの状況がぐるりと回転するなど、よりテクニックが要求され、やり応え抜群のゲーム内容となっている（関連記事）。
無料ランキングと売上ランキングの推移は以下のとおり。売上ランキングでは100位台まで順位を上げている。タイトルの性質上、時間がかかるだろうが、上位に食い込んでくるものと予想される。
