6月14日（日本時間）17時調べの米国App Storeの売上ランキング（ゲームカテゴリー）では、上位3タイトルは前週と変わらず。1位にSupercell『Clash of Clans』となり、2位にKing『Candy Crush Saga』、3位にMachine Zone『Game of War - Fire Age』と続いた。KingとSupercellの他のタイトルも好調で、上位10タイトルのうち6タイトルをこの2社で占めた。日本勢ではFunzio（グリー<3632>）の『Modern War』が、前週の10位⇒8位に。gumiとエイリムの英語版『ブレイブフロンティア』も11位を維持しており、依然北米ヒットアプリの地位を確立している。
そして、Betaworks Oneが開発した世界中で人気を博した繋ぐ快感が味わえるパズルゲーム『Dots』の最新作、『TwoDots』が22位にランクイン。一時はゲームカテゴリーで最高14位まで上昇してきた。TOP10入りも期待される。本作は、縦横で隣り合わせになっている同じ色のDots(点)を“繋いで消していく”シンプルなパズルゲーム。Dots(点)は1周させて繋ぐことで、対象の色を一瞬にして全て消すことが可能となり、一風変わったパズルゲームとして世界中で人気を博している。。

また、『TwoDots』は無料ランキングでも長らく首位をキープしていたが、フィンランドのゲーム企業・ROVIOの大ヒットタイトル『Angry Birds』を題材にした新作RPG『Angry Birds Epic』が、その牙城を崩した。『Angry Birds Epic』は、ファンタジーな世界観で描かれたピギーアイランドで繰り広げられるアドベンチャーアクションRPG。ジャンルは変われど、『Angry Birds』が持つIPパワーは健在。売上ランキングにおける動向にも注目だ。
